Spring into Spring Prize Draw – Official Rules

1. Eligibility
Open to individuals who purchase a new in-stock vehicle from Avenue Nissan between April 22 and April 30, 2025. One egg draw per eligible vehicle purchased. Offer is not valid on factory orders. Must be the legal age of majority in Ontario.
2. How to Enter
At the time of purchase, eligible customers will randomly draw one sealed egg from a container. Each egg contains a prize slip. Draws must occur in the showroom at time of finalization of sale. Prizes will be recorded and tracked by unique prize numbers to ensure integrity. Once drawn, the egg is removed from the available pool and will not be returned.
3. Available Prizes at Promotion Start
A total of 45 prizes will be available at the outset of the promotion. Once a prize is drawn, it is no longer available. When all prizes are claimed, no further draws will occur.

4. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning any particular prize depend on the number of remaining prizes at the time of draw. Once a specific prize is drawn, it is removed from the available pool.
5. Redemption & Expiry Terms
- All prizes (excluding oil service and detailing) are provided at time of vehicle delivery.
- Oil service packages are redeemable over a 3-year / 48,000 km period as stated.
- Detailing packages must be redeemed within 2 years of vehicle purchase.
- All-weather mats and tires are for the purchased vehicle only.
- Prizes are not transferable, refundable, or redeemable for cash.
- No substitutions except at Avenue Nissan’s discretion in case of unavailability (equal or greater value substitute may be offered).
6. Privacy
Customer information will be used solely for completing the sale and administering the prize program.
7. General Terms
- One egg per new vehicle purchased.
- Avenue Nissan reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time.
- This promotion is subject to all applicable federal and provincial laws.
- Void where prohibited.
